If you are a person with a busy, complex life, you are likely using some type of to-do list. At the very least you have experimented at one time or another with one. However, sometimes getting done all you want to do can just feel all too difficult. You look over your list, and looking at some items, think, "Yuck, I don't want to deal with that." There could also be some items on your list you ignore consistently and don't want to do anything about.
